Service Level Agreement

STBs are a key element of an end-to-end system, and must be integrated with several components in the system. In times of critical service issues and problem resolutions, Albis Technologies provides backup technical services to the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Level 3 Support, to resolve STB related problems.
